Saazly may only be used lawfully, securely, and with respect for the rights of customers, visitors, and other data subjects.
Prohibited use
- illegal content, fraud, threats, harassment, exploitation, spam, or messages without a lawful basis;
- malware, phishing, intrusion, unauthorized access, or attempts to circumvent security, tenant isolation, rate limits, or fees;
- illegal surveillance, profiling, discrimination, or deceptive impersonation of a person, public authority, or organization;
- concealing that a visitor is interacting with AI when disclosure is required;
- making decisions about employment, credit, insurance, health, rights, or other high-risk areas solely with Saazly, without a separate approved assessment;
- collecting passwords, full card details, biometric data, sensitive personal data, or children’s data when the service and agreement are not expressly intended for that purpose;
- systematically extracting the service to build a competing service, except for the lawful export of the customer’s own data.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected misuse using data-minimizing practices and take proportionate action. Access may be restricted immediately in the event of an urgent risk. In other cases, we will try to notify the customer and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue.
