ICM AS uses external services to provide Saazly. When a provider processes personal data on our behalf, it may be a subprocessor. The customer’s signed DPA and its appendices govern the agreed list and the process for change notifications.
Verified AI service
- OpenAI: AI inference for prompts, relevant context, knowledge excerpts, output, and technical metadata. The global endpoint is used in production.
Other service categories
Saazly’s code and product flows use or may use services for authentication and databases, email, payments, error monitoring, federated login, iOS distribution, and push notifications. A code dependency or configured key does not in itself prove that production data is actively being processed. The agreed appendix should therefore be used for the complete provider list applicable to a specific customer.
Changes and objections
Customers entitled to advance notice of new or replacement subprocessors can register their contractual contact through support. Objections are handled in accordance with the customer’s DPA and must be based on reasonable data protection grounds.
Questions about processing locations, retention, the contracting entity, or transfer safeguards should be sent to [email protected].
Visitor geolocation
The visitor map in the dashboard shows an approximate country and city based on the visitor's IP address. The lookup runs against a local copy of MaxMind's GeoLite database on our own servers. No IP addresses or other data are sent to MaxMind, which is therefore not a subprocessor.
This product includes GeoLite Data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.
