Saazly uses artificial intelligence to help businesses manage customer conversations. Depending on the customer’s settings, AI may suggest responses, summarize conversations, find relevant knowledge, classify or route cases, and send automated responses.
When you interact with AI
The customer’s chat must disclose the use of AI before or no later than the first AI response, unless it is already obvious. It must also be clear when a human takes over. The customer decides whether AI only suggests responses or may respond automatically.
AI can make mistakes
Do not send passwords, card details, or sensitive information in the chat unless the customer business has expressly stated that the channel is intended for it.
Data that may be sent to AI
- the current message and relevant parts of the previous conversation;
- the customer’s approved knowledge resources and instructions;
- technical information required to deliver and troubleshoot the response;
- the generated response.
Provider and region
OpenAI is currently used in production through a global API endpoint. We therefore do not claim that all AI processing takes place within the EU or EEA. OpenAI states that its standard abuse monitoring may retain customer content for up to 30 days unless other approved data controls apply.
Providers, contractual terms, and data controls may change. See the dated provider overview and Privacy Policy.
Human oversight and responsibility
Saazly may not be used as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without a separate risk and legal assessment. The customer business is responsible for its instructions, knowledge resources, and ensuring that an appropriate path to human assistance is available.
